**Flushby / Rod Rig Operator**

This is a full-time position, based out of Kindersley, SK. Applicants should live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operate the rig and oversee all tasks performed
- Demonstrate a high level of safety leadership on and off the wellsite through daily safety meetings, JSA reviews, hazard assessments and safety drills
- Maintain and promote positive relationships with our clients
- Supervise and mentor rig crew
- Perform training and competency development for rig crew
- Maintain a highly clean working environment on the customer’s wellsite and in the rig
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed thoroughly, accurately, and timely as required
- Perform all required preventive maintenance checks, inspections and tasks
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to mitigate or eliminate workplace hazards
- Comply with all industry, regulatory and company standards, regulations and policies

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Valid class 3 or 1 with air brake endorsement driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Valid industry training certificates including, but not limited to, BOP Well Control, H2S, First Aid, CPR and Fall Arrest
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in the oil and gas well servicing industry

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Stamina and strength to work long hours, sometimes in adverse weather conditions
- Proven organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, individually and as part of a team, while balancing multiple demands
