**Your responsibilities**
- To be the main point of contact for any system related issues.
- To offer Warehouse Management system (WHM) training to users whenever there is a need.
- To perform routine maintenance of WHM systems. Any system releases, user management, change management or changing of systems will be coordinated through the WMS superuser
- To monitor system quality by verifying if the system is used and behave according to the agreed standards and couple back their findings to WMS Responsible and local end users.
- To contact and coordinate with our IT helpdesk of additional system support when needed.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $ 55,200 to $ 69,000 and will be based on relevant work experience.
