Baker/ Cashier

Qualification for a Server/Baker Include:
**Role**:
Prep/bake all muffins/cheese/regular croissants/T-biscuits/cookies/donuts/tarts/Danishes/Doughnuts
Record all bakery products produced
Wash/Rinse/Sanitize all dishes/work/equipment/work area as required

Cash handling - processing payments

Sweeping & Mopping, stocking shelves/coolers.

**Key Attributes**:
Knowledge of all bakery items/bake times and temp
The ability/knowledge to decorate/finishing donuts

The ability to multi-task
The ability to produce/finish all items to standards
Attention to detail
