We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support service delivery with our Government of Canada client.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the project team in accessing and/or coordinating between internal and external stakeholders, monitoring projects schedules, tracking project budgets, generating reports, etc.

This position will fulfil a key role both internally at RHEA and with our client, liaising across business operations, service delivery teams and corporate business services functions (HR, Finance, Digital Enterprise, Legal & Contract Administration, Recruitment, and Corporate Security).

**About the team and location**:
The Project Coordinator reports to the Project Manager whilst working closely with RHEA Canada’s external Government of Canada client.

**Tasks and Activities**:
The scope of work will include:

- Assisting project management, data processing professionals, technical users, real property personnel, and end users in project coordination and synchronization tasks.
- Providing administrative, financial and technical support of a clerical nature.
- Assisting in performing tasks such as maintaining project documentation.
- Communicating with project management, information and data processing professionals, technical users, and end users on administrative matters related to the project.
- Providing reports and presentations as required.
- Managing financial and scheduling information for the project.
- Assisting in risk management planning and documentation.
- Managing contracts and vendors.
- Coordinating meetings and team travel.
- Providing reports and presentations as required.

**Skills and Experience**:
The following skills and experience are mandatory:

- A minimum of five years’ experience working on major capital projects with the Government of Canada.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (business administration, document control, or project management).
- Experience working on physical security projects in a high-security context.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- In possession of a Government of Canada security clearance at the level of Secret.

The following skills and experience would be highly desirable:

- In possession of the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management, Prince2.
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken.
