Looking to hire PCBA Tech in Vaughan

Job Duties:

- Set up, program, and maintain auto-insertion and SMT equipment.
- Keep preventive maintenance logs updated and ensure machines have necessary spare parts.
- Train operators on maintenance procedures and work with the TPM team to improve equipment efficiency.
- Respond quickly to issues, resolve problems, and participate in root cause analysis.
- Maintain and back up all files and programs.
- Report any unusual conditions to the Supervisor or Lead Hand.
- Minimize machine downtime and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide support for problem-solving and ensure smooth operation.

Job Requirements:

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and solve problems, and communicate solutions clearly.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with 5S principles and ability to support and maintain 5S in the work area.

**Shift timings** -8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Monday to Friday

**Pay rate** - $17-$18 per hour

Pay: $20.00 per hour
