CNC Operator

Un opérateur CNC est essentiel au succès de l'équipe de notre entreprise, afin de produire des pièces à temps pour nos clients. L'opérateur CNC programme et exploite un routeur CNC produisant une variété de pièces avec divers matériaux plastiques. L'opérateur CNC sera tenu d'inspecter la qualité dimensionnelle et esthétique. Vous devez programmer à partir de dessins fournis par le client (dxf, dwg) ainsi que créer un dessin à partir de rien ou un modèle.
- **Quelles sont les principales responsabilités du rôle ?**_
- Effectue la programmation quotidienne et le fonctionnement des routeurs cnc.
- Utiliser l'équipement de manière sûre et efficace. MultiCam, routeur de finition de chants.
- Travaille avec le superviseur de l'entrepôt pour établir un calendrier de production pour s'assurer que nous terminons les travaux dans les délais requis, programmer les pièces via cad avant d'exécuter le travail.
- Enregistrer les produits finis produits.
- Post-traitement des pièces selon les besoins.
- Autres tâches selon les besoins.
- Une expérience en chariot élévateur est un plus.
- Connaissance du fonctionnement de la machine, du processus d'inspection de la qualité et des normes de sécurité
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou DEP requis; éducation post-secondaire en CNC préférée
- 2 ans et plus d'exploitation de machines CNC
- Solides compétences en communication verbale et en résolution de problèmes
- Souci du détail et capacité à gérer la complexité
- Capable de travailler dans un environnement axé sur le client et les délais tout en conservant une attitude positive
- Intéressé à apprendre avec et de l'équipe d'ingénierie et de programmation pour améliorer les opérations.
- Analytique - capacité à calculer des mesures et à déterminer les dimensions appropriées.
- Technique - Fonctionne avec divers programmes cad/cam tels que Bobcad, doit être capable de convertir des dessins en code pour que les routeurs cnc puissent les interpréter, ainsi que corriger les erreurs.
- Résolution de problèmes - Identifie et résout les problèmes en temps opportun.
- Capacité d'additionner, de soustraire, de multiplier et de diviser dans toutes les unités de mesure, en utilisant des nombres entiers, des fractions communes et des décimales.
- Capacité de lire et de comprendre des instructions simples, une courte correspondance et des mémos. Capacité à rédiger une correspondance simple.
- Expérience - disposé à considérer un programmeur nouvellement formé ou expérimenté.

A CNC Operator is vital to the success of the Profit Center (PC) team, to produce parts on time for our customers. The CNC Operator programs and operates a CNC router producing a variety of parts with various plastic materials. The CNC Operator will be required to inspect for quality dimensionally and aesthetics. You are required to program from customer supplied drawings ( dxf, dwg) as well as creating a drawing from scratch or a model.
- **What are the key role responsibilities?**_
- Performs daily programming and operation of cnc routers.
- Safely and effectively operates the equipment. MultiCam, edge finisher router.
- Works with the warehouse supervisor to set a production schedule to make sure we are completing jobs by due dates required, program parts via cad in advance of running the job.
- Records finished goods produced
- Post processing of parts as required
- Other duties as required.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of machine operation, quality inspection process and safety standards preferred

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
