Covid19 Screener

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Under the supervision of the Screening Coordinator, the screener is responsible for screening staff and visitors for COVID-19 before they enter the facility.

**SCREENER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure all visitors are fully vaccinated and have shown proof of vaccination before entering the building.
- Ensure all visitors have filled out a Visitation Waiver and have been entered into a Visitor Waiver spreadsheet.
- Ensure all visitors have completed and shown a negative rapid test.
- Asks screening questions and takes temperature of all visitors and staff when they are entering the facility.
- Maintains the supply of rapid tests and masks for visitors.
- Maintain logs with times of staff arrival and departures, visitation and third party visitors.
- May be asked to complete additional administrative tasks depending upon the site.
- Communicates effectively with Screening Coordinator and other staff.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be available Saturdays & Sundays
- Must have Evening availability
- Must be able to work a minimum of 7 hours per shift
- Communicate effectively with residents, tenants, and staff
- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
- Reliable Transportation
- Successful applicants will be trained on all Tabor Village sites

**All employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (two vaccinations).**

**Salary**: From $18.36 per hour
