**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team. As a Float educator, you will be responsible for but not limited to
- The health and well being of the children
- Cultivating positve relationships with children, families, staff etc
- Helps to maintain an interactive, clean, and orderly center
- Follows all policies and proceedures of the center,
- Assisting in cleaning and sanitizing toys when needed
- Assist in the needs of both the children and the educators
- Supporting educatiors with classroom routines, curriculum, programming that stimulates all childrens domains in their care.
- Support with lunch coverages

This position also requires end of day routines to make sure the center has been cleaned by educators and float educator and the center is locked at the end of the day.

**Knowledge**:

- Abiliy to work with children with diverse backrounds
- Passion for the care and safety of the children
- Possess good judgement and decision making skills
- Ability to work independantly and preform with mínimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Displays a high level indegrity, dependablity, and adaptability

**Physical and enviroment requirements**:

- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Frequently lift and hold children
- Ability to preform cleaning duties
- Ability to read, speak, and write english
- Ability to problem solve

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $18.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
