Nous sommes à la recherche, d'une personne qui aura les compétences à estimer les projets autant en rénovation qu'en construction neuve.

Cette Personne devra:

- Réaliser les soumissions pour toutes parties de construction nécessaire à un bâtiment de l'excavation à la finition de celui-ci.
- Dresser les contrats pour les sous-traitants, selon le budgétaire émis dans la dite soumission.
- Coordonner avec les ingénieurs, les architectes.
- Faire la passation de son dossier, aux chargées de projets afin d'aider celui-ci dans la gestion et coordination des projets de construction et préparation des échéanciers selon les étapes de construction
- Préparer des relevés et des prévisions de couts et de dépense, à intervalle régulier, pendant toute la durée du projet, afin de s'assurer que le budget des soumissions soit respecté.
- Préparation et maintenance d'un répertoire de fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
- Collaborer avec L'Équipe à diverses taches dans les projets.
