Aluminum Fabricator

Division 8 is currently seeking Commercial Aluminum Fabricators and Door / Door Hardware Installers. The full-time positions are available immediately. Applicants must be motivated and reliable. Job location is Elmsdale, NS. Shop (inside), positions available. State of the art fabrication machinery & equipment on site.

Job Responsibilities:
Fabricate curtainwall, store front frame assemblies, doors and hardware. Assist in receiving & off loading materials. Lift and carry heavy materials throughout the day. Maintain personal and team safety. Participate in safety classes and certifications as required.

Preferred Skills:
Prior Aluminum Fabrication, construction experience, knowledge of hand and power tools in the trade is considered an asset. As is, knowledge of shop drawings and architectural drawings, different types of fasteners/ hardware, and a complete understanding of curtain walls, store fronts and Aluminum doors.
