The RV Technician examines, troubleshoots, tests, diagnoses, installs, services and repairs all interior and exterior components, conversions and carries out these duties efficiently and professionally.

**RV Technician Responsibilities**:
- Installing accessories on RVs
- Performing pre-delivery inspections
- Reading and writing repair orders
- Repairing and maintaining propane and electric appliances such as furnaces, refrigerators, water heaters, ranges, and air conditioners
- Repairing fiberglass, body, and structural components
- Installing, repairing, replacing, and maintenance of roofs, sliding windows, doors, vents, awnings, floor coverings, cabinets, counters, plumbing systems, electrical systems, propane systems, and batteries.
- Computer operation and diagnostics
- Participates in employer funded manufacturer training and provincial gas certification
- Comprehends and complies with federal, provincial, and local waste regulations.
Qualifications:
- Red Seal / or equivalent or Journeyman with previous RV experience
- Driven, reliable and works well in a shop environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Desire to learn and keep current as technology advances
- Has pride in workmanship and has the desire to deliver a superior result.
- Has previous experience with: Axel flips, hitches & suspension Winterizing / de-winterizing Seasonal inspections Roof & exterior seam caulking Brakes, brake controllers, bearings and bearing repacks Batteries and charging systems Restorations & customization Rot & Water damage
**Salary**: $40.00-$44.00 per hour
