**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma with specialized rTMS training; post-secondary education in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
- **Certification**: BLS certification is required. Completion of specialized rTMS training programs is highly valued.
- **Experience**: Hands-on clinical experience with rTMS equipment and patient care is preferred.

**Your Role**

As an rTMS Technician at ATMA CENA, you will:

- Administer rTMS treatments, ensuring accurate coil placement and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patients during sessions, addressing any concerns or adverse reactions.
- Educate clients about rTMS procedures, answering questions and providing emotional support.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, neurologists, and the clinical team to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of treatment sessions, including parameters, observations, and patient progress.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your contributions will include:

- Conducting initial patient assessments to determine suitability for rTMS therapy.
- Setting up and calibrating rTMS equipment for each session.
- Explaining procedures to clients and managing their expectations.
- Documenting detailed session data and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Performing routine equipment maintenance and reporting any technical issues.
- Staying current with advancements in rTMS technology and neuroscience through ongoing education.
