Summary:
We're on the hunt for a young and trend-savvy Social Media Creative with a knack for creating visually stunning and engaging content that seamlessly integrates into the social media world. You'll be the driving force behind our eye-catching photo ads and captivating video Reels, primarily for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Your mission is to craft thumb-stopping content that captures attention organically, encourages interaction, and drives conversions - all while maintaining a native feel that doesn't scream "advertisement."
**Responsibilities**:
- Content Creation:
- Develop and produce a diverse range of visually compelling content, including:
- Video Reels: Short, engaging videos that leverage trending audio, effects, and challenges to capture attention.
- Photo Ads: Eye-catching still images with strong visual storytelling elements that resonate with the target audience.
- Conceptualize and execute creative concepts that align with current social media trends and resonate with target audiences on each platform.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging platforms, trends, and best practices in social media advertising.
- Visual Storytelling:
- Craft compelling narratives through both video and still imagery.
- Design visually appealing layouts, utilize effective typography, and leverage color palettes that are on-brand and platform-appropriate.
- Ensure that visuals are optimized for each platform's unique specifications and best practices.
- Trendspotting:
- Continuously research and analyze trending audio, visual styles, memes, and challenges to identify opportunities for creating viral content.
- Understand the nuances of each social media platform and tailor content accordingly.
- Identify and leverage trending topics and challenges to create relevant and timely ad content.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign objectives are met.
- Work closely with social media managers to optimize content for each platform and maximize reach.
- Brainstorm new content ideas and contribute to the overall social media strategy.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
- Experiment with different content formats, styles, and strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Report on key metrics and provide insights to inform future content creation.
Qualifications:
- Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook, with a strong grasp of visual content best practices.
- Creative Vision: Proven ability to generate original and engaging visual concepts for both video and still imagery.
- Content Production Skills: Experience creating and editing short-form video content (Reels) and designing static image ads, including knowledge of relevant software and techniques.
- Trend Awareness: A finger on the pulse of viral trends, visual styles, memes, and popular culture.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points:
- A strong personal social media presence with a demonstrated understanding of audience engagement.
- Experience running social media ad campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Photography or graphic design skills.
