The Lead convenience store clerk and attendant provides direction, guidance and training to clerks and attendants and performs supervisory duties in the absence of the Store Supervisor. They order, track and receive merchandise. They provide assistance to customers, greet patrons, help locate products, ensure the store is organized, refuel vehicles, check oil and windshield wash levels, wash car windows and check air pressure as required, and operate the cash register. They have excellent customer service skills with a focus on prompt, efficient, and courteous service.

You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:

- You have a minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
- You have 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience.
- You’re familiar with supervision, cash handling, and managing stock levels.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.

**Salary**: $14.50-$20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers and staff are required to wear a mask, hand sanitizing station and masks provided, surfaces regularly sanitized, floor signage to direct traffic flow, clear barriers to limit contact between customers and staff.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
