Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgeting, and account reconciliation
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Conduct regular analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor budgets
- Provide financial guidance and support to the management team in decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and coordinate with external auditors
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation is preferred
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero or Sage
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial forecasting
- Experience in managing accounts payable/receivable functions
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $67,676.67-$112,503.01 per year
