**Compensation**:Hourly, $20.00 - $23.00 plus gratuities

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of dishes according to the menu and standardized recipes.
- Ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of taste, appearance, and quality before being served to customers.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and management to contribute ideas for menu development, special promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, receiving orders, and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all kitchen policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff, servers, and management to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Be adaptable to changes in menu, kitchen routines, and schedules, especially during peak hours and special events.
- Keep grab and go fridges stocked with premade food items.
- Participate in preparation and service of tournament and event meals.
- Preform other tasks as delegated by the Food and Beverage Manager.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid _Food Handler’s Safety Certification_.
- Experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with kitchen and service staff.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience as a server or in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems or cash register operations.
- Capable of standing/walking for long periods of time and regularly lifting 30+ lbs.
