**Key Information**:

- ** Hours: Project dependent; minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime necessary during the busy season (April-October)**:

- ** Hourly rate is dependent on experience.**:

- ** Health benefits and vacation pay offered.**
- Onsite Duties include framing, finishing.
- Site inspections and cleaning.
- Regular communication/ updates to CM.
- Pick up/ drop off materials to site.

**Experience and Certification Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven renovation history.
- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must be outgoing and able to multitask.
- Must be highly motivated and willing to learn and take direction.
- Must be organized and can manage time efficiently.
- Valid drivers license with clean abstract
- Extensive knowledge and skills in all common carpentry tools.
- Excellent and efficient measure, marking and layout skills.
- Complete understanding and ability in carpentry math and roof math.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Inclined to show initiative and able to motivate other people.
- Prioritise safety and safe work practices.
- Confident in working from heights.
- Ability to lift heavy loads.
- Strong teamwork skills
- Proficient English language skills required.
- ** A reliable means of transportation is required.**

**Education**: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
