Yellow Dog Brewing is adding to our team

We are an Energetic and Fun loving group with a passion for Craft Beer and are currently looking for a Full Time Brewer to join the team

Job Duties:

- Execute the necessary production duties including but not limited to wort production, fermentation management, cellaring and bright beer handling.
- Ensure that all beer is produced to standards and specification by following recipes and procedures as set by Head Brewer.
- Packaging of beer into multiple formats including kegs, cans and bottles.
- Follow best practice and safety requirements dutifully.
- Attend brewery staff meetings as required.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment and work areas to maintain consistent beer quality.
- Maintain healthy communication with other departments (QA/QC, Packaging and Tasting Room).
- Possess a well-rounded knowledge of brewing and beer styles beer knowledge.
- We need someone who will be enthusiastic about evangelizing for the brand and the brews (s)he is brewing - this can mean a non-traditional work week; pouring at festivals and beer dinners etc.

About you:
LOVE craft beer
Brewing training or equivalent education
Brewery experience is an asset
Ability to lift kegs, grain and heavy objects multiple times daily.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
