If you are organized, detail oriented and love taking the final product to completion, this job is for you We’re looking for someone to assist in the production of our online and print marketing services, working 30 hrs per week.

Job Duties Include:
Online Program Production:

- Update E-newsletter campaigns for multiple client accounts
- Data entry

Production:

- Print client marketing materials
- Gather market data for various program set-ups
- Assist in preparation of marketing pieces for delivery
- Adhere to production schedule and guidelines

Marketing Assistance:

- Proofread creative copy update
- Update DMS’ social media page
- Keep website content fresh

Customer Service:

- Maintain customer relationships to ensure long-term retention

We're looking for someone that learns quickly, has a high attention to detail and is adept at using computer programs. Formal education is not necessarily required. Some of the skills required are:

- High attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Aptitude with web-based programs and online marketing eg. Facebook Ads
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong problem-solving skills
- People person, can easily build relationships and enjoys talking to and interacting with new people
- Able to work independently without getting side-tracked and as part of the team
- Able to work within timelines and keep momentum going if priorities change.
- Can multi-task and stay organized
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
