**Brief Job Description**
- Perform and supervise the cleaning and inspection of guest rooms, public areas and back of house. Ensure compliance with proper brand standards for guest room cleanliness and product placement
- Issue staff cleaning assignments including special requests, areas of concentration and deep cleaning
- Ensure maintenance problems are promptly reported to maintenance through proper channels
- Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction
- Plan, implement and communicate departmental procedures and policies

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years related experience in Hotel Housekeeping Department (Management or Supervisor experience preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude within a very busy environment
- Proficient in use of computers, with knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Opera an asset
- Must be available for all shifts including weekends, and statutory holidays
- Must possess high motivational skills with the ability to lead with little supervision

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
