**We are looking for**:
A Medical Records Clerk to join our dynamic team on a full time basis for a six month contract, with possible extension. In this role, you will be a part of the Medical Records Department and will be responsible for sorting, maintaining and updating a large volume of medical records in a timely manner.

**You should have**:

- An ability to articulate your thoughts clearly and professionally, in a verbal and written context;
- Strong typing speed (at least 50wpm);
- Work independently and meet deadlines;
- Solid PC skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat;
- Completion of secondary education.

- Be working with electronic medical records and database system;
- Reviewing/sorting/organizing medical documentation;
- Indexing medical records through data entry;
- Distributing medical documentation throughout Ontario on a time-sensitive schedule;
