**Salary / pay structure**:
60/40 split (posted hourly rate is calculated after split)

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Entreprenuer to help grow company and bring in business. There is opportunity to become a partner/associate as we expand.**:

- Previous experience in sports rehab or willingness to learn
- Passion for fitness
- You are licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college
- You are willing to take additional certifications to stay up-to-date with techniques
- You have valid liability/malpractice insurance
- You thrive on giving and receiving feedback and adjust your client care and performance accordingly
- You put your clients' needs first as demonstrated through behaviours such as: cross-referring clients to other clinicians when appropriate, following up with clients after appointments, managing outreach to unscheduled or "dropped" clients, and willingness to come early or stay late, etc.
- You are an advocate of your own growth and development and are eager to learn from your Lead Therapist and fellow practitioners
- You are a team player and deeply care not only about your own growth, but ensuring the development of your entire clinic
- You contribute to clinic culture as demonstrated through behaviours such as: willingness to mentor students, willingness to cover shifts, attendance at clinic events/outreaches/workshops/recharges, etc.
- You are a clear communicator and understand the importance of a positive customer service experience
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbal (spoken). Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
- We operate inside a gym space (separate) with various cardio and resistance training equipment. You may use this space for corrective exercises and demonstrations. Access to a furnished kitchen. Shower room available. Separate washrooms._

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $48.00-$84.00 per hour
