**RÉSUMÉ**:
Le gérant du magasin est chargé de gérer la performance globale de l’avant du magasin. L’avant du magasin comprend toutes les zones du magasin, y compris le rayon des cosmétiques, à l’exception de la pharmacie. Le gérant du magasin dirige le personnel dans le but d’offrir un excellent service à la clientèle à l’avant du magasin, il gère tous les processus et procédures à l’aide des ressources financières et s’assure que les objectifs du magasin sont atteints, en veillant à la formation des employés, en leur offrant suivis et rétroaction ainsi qu’en menant par l’exemple. Le gérant du magasin doit adopter toutes les politiques, les procédures et les normes de Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix. Il est également responsable d’atteindre les objectifs du magasin en plus de gérer et régler tout problème pouvant survenir.

**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**:
**Exploitation**
- Maintenir les normes du magasin pour optimiser l’expérience de magasinage des clients, faire affluer la clientèle et avoir une incidence positive sur la rentabilité du magasin.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de gestion pour s’assurer que les normes du magasin sont appliquées en tout temps et en tout lieu, y compris dans l’entrepôt.
- Suivre les directives indiquées sur l’Intra-mag.
- S’assurer que les produits sont en stock en tout temps, grâce à une planification proactive des stocks ainsi qu’à l’utilisation des pratiques exemplaires et des procédures établies.
- En compagnie du gérant adjoint ou remplaçant, parcourir le magasin plusieurs fois au cours de la journée et donner des directives, au besoin.
- Gérer et tirer parti de l’outil de gestion de la main-d’œuvre Workforce Management (WFM) pour optimiser la productivité.
- S’assurer que les niveaux de dotation en personnel sont suffisants pour exploiter efficacement l’entreprise.
- Gérer les reliures des communications et les tableaux d’affichage du magasin pour veiller à ce que le personnel soit au courant des promotions à l’échelle du magasin et de l’entreprise, et ainsi assurer le soutien de es initiatives.
- Passer en revue les rapports de l’indicateur de satisfaction du service à la clientèle (ISSC) avec les équipes de gestion et établir des plans d’action afin de régler tout problème ou toute plainte des clients.
- Adhérer aux processus d’achat établis, incluant toutes les activités de réapprovisionnement (p. ex., réapprovisionnement régulier des articles saisonniers et lots d’achat).
- Faire de façon proactive le suivi des stocks éliminés et minimiser les risques connexes à l’aide des rapports hebdomadaires pour ainsi assurer le retour des produits aux fournisseurs en pleine connaissance des politiques de retour de chacun.
- Veiller au contrôle, aux commandes, à la réception, aux modifications de prix, aux dommages et aux retours des marchandises.
- Effectuer des vérifications de prix concurrentiels pour les produits d’épicerie et les autres produits soumis aux indicateurs de rendement clé au besoin.
- Mettre en œuvre les nouveaux planogrammes et les modifications de planogramme, suivre les normes relatives au système de gestion des produits (MMS).
- Garder en place les activités de sécurité physique décrites dans les normes du magasin.

**Gestion du magasin et des installations physiques**:

- Être le détenteur de clés principal pouvant être appelé au magasin avant, pendant et après les heures d’ouverture en cas d’urgence.
- Veiller à la sécurité de tous les clients et les employés sur les lieux.
- Veiller au maintien de l’apparence du magasin en vertu des normes de l’entreprise.
- Assurer l’entretien et les réparations nécessaires avec le concierge, assurer la gestion de l’immeuble et planifier les réparations.

**Ressources humaines**:

- Respecter les normes en matière de ressources humaines.
- Embaucher ou soutenir l’embauche pour tous les rayons, à l’exception de la pharmacie.
- Veiller à l’administration des salaires selon les lignes directrices relatives aux ventes par heure-travail.
- Gérer efficacement les horaires, les absences et le ratio de personnel à temps plein et à temps partiel afin de maintenir les normes en magasin.
- Effectuer des évaluations de probation pour les nouveaux employés et les évaluations du rendement annuelles du personnel.
- Gérer le rendement du personnel en offrant de l’encadrement, des plans d’action et des suivis.
