Banquet Staff

Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Server/Porter or Set-Up/Tear-Down Crew, and be part of a vibrant hospitality environment dedicated to providing exceptional guest as well as employee experiences. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service during events and banquets. We are also looking for folks that would like to be a casual/on-call or part-time member of the set-up crew, which is perfect for folks that are not comfortable serving food We are a certified member of the Certified Age Friendly Employer (C.A.F.E) program. **Duties**:

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
- Assist in the preparation and breakdown of banquet events, including carrying trays, setting up stations, and cleaning up after events.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout events.
- Follow all food safety protocols and adhere to company policies regarding alcohol service.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in guest services, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, bartending, and general food industry practices.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
- Experience in banquet service is a plus.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
