As Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, your time will be spent working at Reception as well as having the opportunity to support other areas of the dealership administratively in the future. The position is ideal for someone looking for a dynamic position where you will have the opportunity to grow within a company.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs
- Previous customer service and/or reception experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to consistently manage multiple tasks and demands simultaneously
- Dependability
- Experience working in the automotive industry is an asset

**Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to**:

- Providing customers with a welcoming first impression.
- Efficiently directing calls using a switchboards telephone system.
- Communicating with callers, and customers, and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Being knowledgeable and able to answer general enquiries from customers and staff.
- Payment processing and receipt writing.
- Providing administrative support to various departments, including: data entry, filing, clerical tasks, and special projects.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
