**Position Objective**:
To perform skilled machine maintenance work on trucks and equipment and also performing manual work such as moving equipment, tools and materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to diagnosis, repair and test all camera manufacturer equipment and be certified to perform warranty repairs (IBAK, Mini Cam, Insight Vision, etc.)
- Train to be able to diagnosis, repair and test the following camera manufacturer equipment and be certified to perform warranty repairs (Pearpoint, Hawthorne, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and well-arranged display of inspection equipment in the lobby area of the office.
- Assist with the inventory of inspection equipment, parts and repair and perform the monthly cycle counts
- Maintain a clean and organized repair area for inspection equipment.
- Must be able to travel to affiliated JDC locations to help with workload overflow when needed

Requirements:

- Mid-range computer skills - Most inspection equipment has software and hardware. Must have the ability to learn and operate this equipment as well as normal office software.
- Hold or able to acquire an adequate driver’s license/CDL in order to operate and drive all forms of inspection equipment
- Ability to close and open work orders and counter documents
- Assist with inventory and knowledge of basic inventory control methods
- Good phone and customer service skills - ability to represent the company in a professional manner
- Ability to take calls as needed for inspection related issues.
- Ability to use common hand and power tools to repair inspection equipment and solder

The individual in this position will interact regularly with employees and managers in other departments and locations at Jack Doheny Company. Receiving and reacting to directions other than from your immediate supervisor will be required periodically. Conversely, there will be time when the person in this position must give direction to others.
