Residential Building Cleaner - 4 Buildings - Set your own schedule

Duties
- Gather and empty trash
- Sweep, mop, shampoo & vacuum building floors
- Clean all touch surfaces such as handles, laundry machines, entry doors
- Wash windows, walls, and glass
- Notify managers when a building needs repairs

Position Requirements:
Familiarity with Covid-19 guidelines.

Able to work independently, is a self-starter, takes pride in a job well done and pays close attention to detail
Proven ability to work productively and safely while under pressure, with good time management
Previous cleaning experience is required
Physically fit and able to lift up to 30 lbs and to work with industrial strength cleaners

MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE

CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK REQUIRED - MUST BE BONDABLE

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
