We design, produce and install high-quality, fully-custom indoor and outdoor signs, as well as vinyl graphics for branding, promotion, privacy and décor.

To facilitate our growth, we are currently seeking a Sign Installer who is looking for an exciting opportunity to be a business builder.

We are looking for someone with highly developed technical skills and an ability to plan and troubleshoot product installation from the get-go to help avoid costly mistakes.

A professional demeanor, a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential to create the kind of well-oiled teamwork we are building here at Influence.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of sign installation, including site surveys, and final sign and graphic installation.
- Install all types of signage including illuminated, non-illuminated, structural and decorative signage, awnings, wooden signs, vinyl, and other custom signage.
- Plan layout and installation procedures.
- Operate light and heavy equipment, hand tools, climb ladders at heights and use mechanical knowledge to fasten signs based on provided drawings.
- Communicate effectively with team members and onsite contacts.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Several months of work experience in the sign industry.
- Signage and vinyl film installation experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of sign industry products, materials and substrates is an asset.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and maintain proper operating condition.
- Great at multitasking and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must have valid BC driver's license.
