**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ship and receive all assets, equipment, tools, supplies and materials, ensuring compliance with all inventory management and systems.
- Control, track, and accurately document all items received, stored, and shipped.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory coordinators to ensure all parts and equipment are received and shipped are properly documented.
- Communicate with all involved departments to answer any storage, shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems.
- Ensure all areas in the warehouse are clean, well maintained and organized.
- Field equipment duties including cleanup, identifying repairs, locking out equipment, arranging for necessary maintenance, tracking repairs, signing out equipment, and assisting crews with field equipment prep and demob.
- Manage the scheduling and planning of all Shipping and Receiving activities daily.
- Complete daily safety forms, monthly safety inspections, and liaise with Safety Coordinator to ensure safe work practices are implemented and followed.
- Ensure all purchasing and inventory policies are followed by all people working in the warehouse area.
- Provide support to the head office Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to plan and execute on assigned warehouse processes.
- Ensure that all necessary inventory and equipment is on hand and working before start of each shift.
- Acts as a backup to purchasing department.
- Prepare routine reports and inventory for the Procurement & Logistics Coordinator.
- Communicate all issues to management in a timely fashion.
- Be cognizant of budget and allowable expenditures.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or General Manager.
- 4+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics and distribution.
- 2+ years of experience in a lead warehouse role/position.
- A supply chain diploma or equivalent is considered an asset.
- Strong overall knowledge of warehouse operations & inventory management systems.
- Excellent abilities using Microsoft 365 including Outlook, SharePoint, Lists, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to operate a small forklift machine and hand pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment.
- Mechanically inclined/good with equipment maintenance is an asset.
- Keen organization & coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and listen appropriately.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a variety of capacities to get the job done well.
- Level 1 First Aid certificate (an asset).
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must have and maintain a valid provincial driver’s license and clean driver's abstract.
- Must be double vaccinated and provide a valid COVID-19 vaccination record.

**Who will you be working with?**

You will be collaborating with our various departments including Projects & Permitting, Operations, Environmental, and Construction staff, but reporting directly to our Field Operations Manager/Procurement Manager. Effective team collaboration and communication skills are required. The team’s expertise and project tasks are diverse, presenting an opportunity for collaboration amongst team members to mentor and learn from each other.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
