**Hiring Apprentice and/or Entry-Level Sprinkler Fitters**

Office based in Abbotsford, BC. Hiring for jobs in the Greater Vancouver area (ie. Surrey, Delta, New Westminster, Burnaby, Vancouver & Richmond).

Employees are provided with the opportunity to enrol in an apprenticeship for Red Seal Sprinkler Fitting ticket upon hire. We are committed to investing in our employees and their career development.
- Provide assistance from project initiation to completion;
- Conduct drawing reviews;
- Process of RFI’s and change orders;
- Process permits and coordinate inspections;
- Create and manage templates for construction management;
- Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems/procedures for projects;
- Process close-out documentation and O&M manuals;
- Coordinate as-built and record drawings.

**Additional Information**:

- Full-time or part-time positions are available.
- Must hold a valid Driver’s license;
- No prior experience is required, but experience in construction, plumbing, or a related field is an asset.
- Possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- A valid driver's license is not required but would be beneficial.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have good communication skills.
