**About the role**

We’re looking for Sales and Customer Service Associates to join our Travel Operations team

We currently have openings in our St. John’s, NL, Sherbrooke, QC and Ottawa, ON and Langley, BC office locations.

**What you’ll do here**:

- Working in a fast-paced inbound customer center
- Quoting and selling travel insurance to new and existing clients in accordance with our sales quality call flow, sales processes, and underwriting guidelines
- Servicing our existing clients by offering insightful and helpful advice regarding their travel insurance related questions
- Process insurance transactions in accordance with underwriting and compliance guidelines to meet quality expectations
- Using established procedures in a fast-paced computerized environment
- Obtaining and/or maintaining provincial licenses

**What you bring to the table**:

- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Strong skills in communication (verbal, written and listening), time-management, multi-tasking, attention to detail, problem analysis/solving and overall work ethic
- Experience in the Travel industry would be an asset
- Able to work independently, as well as within a team, in a dynamic environment
- Flexible to work a rotating schedule of days, evenings, and Saturdays
- Bilingual in French and English is considered a definite asset
- A&S, LLQP or RIBO designation would be an advantage
