CNC Set-up Operator

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setup/Operator to join our team.

Morning Shift: 7 am - 4 pm

Afternoon Shift: 4 pm - 1 am

Paid Lunch

**Responsibilities**
- Read/interpret drawings/part specifications and verify
- Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Mills
- Identify and prepare all tooling, work holding, and measuring instruments
- Make necessary offset changes to be within allowable tolerances
- Monitor and change inserts
- Verify conformance of part to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and verniers
- Fill out inspection reports as required
- Clean machined parts to ensure ready for assembly
- Maintain machine coolant
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe workplace

**Experience**
- 3+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills
- Experience programming is an asset
- Experience in a supervisory role is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
