Crew Leader

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Crew Leader to add to our team

**Responsibilities will include, at a minimum, the following**:
Winter Season:

- Snow maintenance of properties:

- Salting parking lots with work truck
- Plowing
- Shoveling
- working all shifts, late nights and early mornings (starting at 2:00am)
- Any other duties as required.

Spring, Summer, Fall:

- Conduct daily vehicle checks to maintain safe working order of Fleet Vehicle and trailer
- ensure crew members are carrying out duties in a safe manner
- Load and unload tools, and equipment required to complete daily tasks
- complete daily tasks using equipment provided
- Daily tasks will include trimming, edging, using a blower, cutting the grass, weeding garden beds, collecting debris, leaf collections
- Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
- Hours will be 6:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday, but can change depending on weather and busy times.
