As we take the next step in our journey, we are looking to add more talent to our team. Currently, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Community Development Consultant who is passionate about building self-sufficient, sustainable, and vibrant communities. This is a full-time on-site role located in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Through this role, you will also contribute positively and meaningfully towards the Indigenous reconciliation process in Canada and eventually beyond. You will help eliminate the social injustices and inequities that unfortunately still exist in our world. By developing and implementing actionable resiliency plans, you will prepare communities for the environment and economy of tomorrow.

**Compensation**:
$70,000 - $90,000 CAD

**Responsibilities**:
As a Community Development Consultant, you will be a key partner in our organizational growth, and we promise to take care of your individual learning, development, dreams, and aspirations.

More specifically, you will:

- Collaborate with our clients and support them to achieve their visions by creating and implementing meaningful community and nation-building plans.
- Lead and oversee project management activities ensuring timely planning, client onboarding, service delivery and quality control.
- Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and project teams, sharing industry best practices and knowledge.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and workflows to optimize resource utilization.
- Support with business development objectives and goals

**Qualifications**:

- Community planning and implementation expertise
- Experience in project management and capacity building
- Strong analytical, critical thinking ability and problem-solving skills
- Excellent work ethic, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage people, technology and money
- Bachelor's degree in related field, Master's degree preferred
- Ability to drive and travel to offsite work locations
