**About the position**:
Join our dynamic 50+ employee team as an HR Specialist and Internal Recruiter to recruit the best talent for our open positions in locations across Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Are you tech-savvy and great at multitasking? In this role, you'll assist our 3 business units with all their hiring needs. You will play an important part in continuing to build a strong employer brand for our organization to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees to make an impact in our business.
**Job Functions**:
- Collaborate with all departments (Professional Services, Deployment, and Deployment Verification Services) to understand needs and develop successful recruitment strategies.
- Build job descriptions and job postings and recommend external advertisement resources.
- Participate in interview panels.
- Assist departments with strategic workforce planning and organizational design projects.
- Identify and implement streamlined procedures to maximize the utilization of the COMsolve’s applicant tracking and onboarding system.
- Represent COMsolve at career fairs, community outreach events, and site visits with community colleges to enhance employment opportunity awareness.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Public Administration or a related field.
Two (2) years of professional-level related experience in HR, including recruitment, advertising, and sourcing.
Experience gained through internships or fellowships may be considered.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
CPHR
Office 365 proficiency
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $56,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
