**Expected Compensation**: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $20.52 to $25.65, with a 40 hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.

As an Insurance Advisor - Auto, the Online Auto Advisor is an integral part of a team and will be the first point of contact for clients. This will be a non-client facing role.

- Insurance Broker level 1 license and 3 months of Autoplan experience preferred
- Sales experience an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- A natural ability at building authentic client relationships and functioning as part of a team

- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion

**Once here, you'll**:

- Print and sort transactions processed by Online Auto department. Ensure appropriate copies remain in office or are sent to ICBC.
- Prepare required insurance packages to post and mail out to customers
- Work with a team of Online Advisors, handling clients’ needs online and by phone
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the department
- Engage with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them
