Motorhome Assembler Day Shift

Roadtrek Inc. is currently recruiting for **Production Team Members** to join their team and build RV's. These positions are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30pm. Competitive hourly rates plus bonus incentive

**Responsibilities May Include**:

- Installing a variety of cabinets into Motorhomes
- Attaching water and propane lines
- Finalizing wiring connections
- Connecting and installing plumbing pipes, tubes and plumbing fixtures such as faucets, showerheads etc.
- Mount headliners to the ceiling of the Motorhome
- Install wall panels throughout the Motorhome
- Place ground effect lighting
- Affix steps, batteries and cables
- Remove plastic moldings, mark areas for cutting and make cuts
- Ensure production, quality and safety goals are met or exceeded
- Excellent manual dexterity and an eye for detail
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as necessary
- Maintain a safe and tidy work area
- Perform other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Work effectively with other members of the department/plant to achieve production goals

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Secondary School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
- Mechanically inclined with basic math skills
- Experienced working within a manufacturing setting using power & hand tools is an asset
- Excellent manual dexterity and an eye for detail
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as necessary
