Duties and responsibilities

The Transaction Processing Analyst is responsible for the proper functioning of Human Capital administrative processes and acting as an interface between systems and employee support.
- Supports key Human Capital administrative processes (organizations and positions; employee changes including hire, departure and job changes; benefits; compensation; billing; etc.) by executing complex administrative and transactional activities
- Acting as Service matter experts on HC administrative processes, provides quality advice and support to HC partners and managers, including trouble shooting, support and coaching
- Audits and analyzes HC administrative data to ensure its integrity and the satisfactory operations of HC business processes.
- Maintains the HC systems in its area of expertise, updating the data and validating the system meets the requirements of the HC business process
- Checks to ensure that all documentation needed for compliance purposes is complete
- Investigates and solves complex administrative issues with different HC partners, managers, and service providers.
- Initiates and participates in continuous improvement projects as required, including:

- Executing test scripts
- Validating test results
- Supporting deployment of process improvements

**Qualifications**:

- College degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in HC, compensation, pension & benefits, time administration, HRIS or other relevant area
- Proven transactional experience with Workday a plus
- Good knowledge of HC/Payroll policies and procedures
- Experience in a mill/plant/unionized environment a plus
