Qualifications and Skills:_**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or *equivalent in experience
- Proven experience (4+ years) in IT project management with a focus on technical projects.
- Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, or a related field.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically in complex technical environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate project teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.

**_ Key responsabilities:_**

Project Planning and Initiation:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Identify technical requirements and dependencies, ensuring a clear understanding of the technical aspects of the project.
Technical Expertise:

- Leverage your technical background to understand and communicate project requirements, constraints, and technical challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on technology solutions, architecture, and design decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Management:

- Allocate resources effectively to ensure tasks are assigned based on team members' strengths and availability.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and milestones, addressing any technical roadblocks.
Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Proactively manage issues and roadblocks, making real-time adjustments to keep the project on track.
Communication and Collaboration:

- Facilitate regular communication among project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed about project status, changes, and upcoming milestones.
- Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to achieve project goals seamlessly.
Project Execution:

- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project objectives.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and provide guidance to maintain alignment with project goals.
Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and project plans.
Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control processes to verify that project deliverables meet technical and functional requirements.
