**The Opportunity**:
WSP’s Environmental Assessment (EA) Team in Ontario is growing We are looking for someone that specializes in environmental or social impact assessment and is looking to lead a terrific team of environmental planning specialists.

Our team provides environmental consulting services in the areas of environmental impact assessments, social impact assessments, stakeholder and Indigenous engagement, environmental planning and permitting, and environmental compliance and construction monitoring.

As the Team Lead, you could be located at any of our Ontario offices. Reporting to the Director of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for Ontario, you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of about 10 to 15 environmental planning specialists. You will provide mentorship and support career development. As Team Lead you will also play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of our strategic and operational plans for the Ontario business. As a technical specialist in environmental planning, you will also lead and support a variety of clients and projects on a day-to-day basis.
