**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Educate customers about cannabis products, strains and consumption methods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing sales and returns.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards to create an inviting shopping atmosphere.

**Experience and Certification**:

- Previous experience in retail cannabis store is preferred.
- Valid Qualified Cannabis Worker Certificate (QCW) is required.
- Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering practices is essential.
- A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills is crucial for success in this role.
