**Training and Development**: Participate in a structured apprenticeship program that includes both on-the-job training and formal classroom instruction.
- **Repair Work**: Assist in repairing and restoring vehicles damaged in collisions, including body panel replacement, dent repair, and structural realignment.
- **Paint Preparation**: Learn to prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- **Detailing**:Assist in detailing vehicles after repairs are completed, including cleaning interiors, waxing exteriors, and polishing surfaces to a high standard.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations, addressing any issues or imperfections as needed.
- **Customer Service**: Communicate with customers to understand their repair needs, provide updates on the status of their vehicles, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency, following established protocols and procedures.
- **Documentation**: Accurately record all work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and repair procedures, in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials, use of personal protective equipment, and safe operation of tools and machinery.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive repair.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and documentation.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks in a shop environment.
- Flexibility to work in various positions, including standing, kneeling, bending, and reaching, for extended periods.
- Comfort working with hand and power tools, as well as exposure to chemicals and fumes commonly used in automotive refinishing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
