**Reception at Okotoks Physical Therapy (evenings)**

We are looking for a dynamic receptionist for our evening shifts. You will be responsible for providing administrative support functions within our team. Strong computer and organizational skills and a willingness to learn is a must. Ability to work independently and as a team. Prior experience in billing insurance companies would be considered an asset.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome clients
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Schedule appointments
- Bill treatments to various insurance companies and funders
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Filing and general office duties
- Light cleaning and tiding

**Qualifications**
- Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**Hours**

Monday 3:30 to 7:30

Tuesday 3:30 to 7:30

Thursday 3:30 to 7:30

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Work Location: In person
