**Responsabilités spécifiques**
Afin de soutenir l’excellence de son service, Optimum Assurance Agricole inc. est à la recherche d’un préventionniste en milieu agricole.
Relevant du chef d’équipe en prévention, le préventionniste procède à l’inspection de risques physiques, détecte les lacunes, recueille les données qui ont une influence sur la prime et rédige des rapports incluant des photos et doit expliquer l’importance des mesures correctives à mettre en œuvre pour améliorer le risque, et ce dans un délai précis. Plus précisément, ses responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Procède aux inspections physiques des lieux assurés, détecte les lacunes et produis un rapport d’inspection et un schéma descriptif, détaillé et commenté concernant le risque physique et s’il y a lieu, fait ses commentaires relatifs au risque moral;
- Produit les rapports et les achemine selon les priorités établies;
- Sensibilise et conseille les clients sur les mesures correctives à mettre en œuvre pour améliorer le risque et effectue le suivi inhérent;
- Participe aux réunions de communication de la société;
- Effectue des déplacements hebdomadaires requis dans son territoire du Québec, et également à l’occasion dans les autres régions du Québec;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

**Qualités et aptitudes**
- Posséder un excellent sens de l’organisation (planification des rendez-vous, coordination de l'agenda selon les demandes, établissement d'un itinéraire optimal);
- Posséder un souci élevé du service à la clientèle et facilité à travailler en équipe;
- Détenir de fortes habiletés à communiquer, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, facilité à rédiger des rapports;
- Posséder de bonnes connaissances d'Excel et d'Outlook (gestion du calendrier);
- Être orienté sur la productivité, la qualité du travail et le respect des délais;
- Faire preuve de professionnalisme, de dynamisme et d'autonomie.

Possibilité de travailler à partir du bureau de Montréal ou de Trois-Rivières.
