**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Operate Compact Loaders, and skid steers in a safe, professional manner
- Loads and unloads materials from delivery trucks into yard
- Engages in customer service functions, as needed such as assisting customers to load material into their own vehicles
- Maintain a positive public image of the company with appropriate personal conduct and by operating company vehicles and equipment in a safe, professional, and courteous manner
- Monitors traffic flow on company premises to ensure safety
- Run skid steer sweeper at nearby commercial sites when needed
- Care for and maintain company equipment to company standards
- Complete daily maintenance, inspection, and clean-up, correcting or reporting all defects immediately
- Assist and support work efforts of all yards, shop and field employees
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Participate and comply in Rocklands Health and Safety program

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- High School Diploma and 1-2 years of retail sales experience
- 1-2 years of experience in operating skid steer and compact loader
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Neat appearance and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and at times with little to no supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
