Kennel Attendant

Duties:

- Provide daily care for animals in the kennel, including feeding, watering, and exercising them.
- Clean kennels and maintain a sanitary environment for the animals.
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals and report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing and brushing animals.
- Interact with animals to provide socialization and enrichment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with animals is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately.
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kennel area.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members.

**Skills**:

- Heavy lifting: The ability to lift and carry heavy bags of pet food or larger animals when necessary.
- Customer service: Providing friendly and helpful assistance to pet owners, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
