**Crestview Chrysler is currently seeking Autobody Painters**:
**Responsibilities**:

- ** Prepare Vehicles to be painted**:

- ** File, grind and sand body surfaces that have been repaired**:

- ** Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting**:

- ** Mix paint, blend and match colors**:

- ** Maintains equipment, tools, paint booth, work area as necessary**:

- ** Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications.**:

- ** Enhances body shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.**:
**Requirements**:

- ** Minimum 2 years experience in a Body Shop environment, Collision Technician Level 3, Red Seal Journeyman would be considered an asset**:

- ** Unrestricted drivers licence and ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions.**:

- ** Body Shop and automotive service knowledge and experience**:

- ** Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills**:

- ** Exceptional customer service skills**:

- ** Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities**:
**Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism during high-volume periods**:
**Self-driven to work independently with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment**:
**Working knowledge of body shop software such as Mitchell is an asset but not mandatory**:
