Duties:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Assist with software installations and updates
- Perform system backups and data recovery
- Monitor network performance and security
- Collaborate with team members to resolve IT-related problems
- Document technical procedures and solutions
**Skills**:
- Proficient in MacOS and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with IT service management tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira for issue tracking
- Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of firewall configurations and network security protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills to provide effective IT support
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts
- Excellent communication skills to interact with users and explain technical concepts

**Salary**: $48,000.00 per year
