Matrix is hiring Client Service Representatives for an exciting position with an Industry Leader in Canada. Client Service Representatives respond to customer inquiries via telephone to provide problem resolution and service information in accordance with the organization's service standards. Kindly read on for further information on the job duties and requirements of this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and/or place telephone calls that are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
- Answer customer telephone inquiries with skill and tact.
- Portray accurate and timely information on products and services.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved.
- Solve customer problems through communication best practices.
- Analyze customer service needs for communication with other departments as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1 to 3+ years of experience in a progressive customer service or financial services environment.
- Highly strong phone and technology skills and the ability to multitask with several technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive and customer service-oriented approach and personality.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suites.
- The ability to work collaboratively and make good judgments on escalations, problem-solving, and the direction of calls.
- A High School Diploma is _required_ with Post-Secondary in a related field such as Finance being an _asset._
