**Job Summary**

Work as part of our dynamic team to dispatch our city fleet of 5tons and Tractors to service approximately 500 daily pick ups and 500 daily deliveries.

**Essential Functions**:

- Route drivers to maintain service levels on deliveries and pick ups
- Use in house software to manifest, track or update status on shipments
- Keep customers informed regarding details of their shipments
- Maintain and update equipment inventory lists
- Prepare documents for inbound and outbound movements
- Professional attitude in all interactions when on shift
- Basic geographical knowledge of Edmonton and its surroundings
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word programs
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Available to work full time Monday-Friday
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
